I love shooting the rings. It’s that simple. I always make sure to fit in a moment to create a ring shot for my clients. I know there are some similarities her, but I always try to use my imagination to find a different way to photograph the wedding rings. These are shot with a variety of lenses. Most are with the Nikon 105mm VR and recently I’ve been bringing the 30 year old Nikon 58mm f/3.5 macro. Enjoy!
Charlotte and Ryan were in front of my camera first earlier in 2009 when we made their engagement photos in Grapevine. Their wedding was in November at the Trophy Club Country Club. Mastering the DJ duties once again was master DJ, Glenn Roush. Thank him for the cool blue up lights!

Abbi and Mike are obviously used to making great choices. First and foremost, they’ve chosen each other. Around them, you get a sense of simple correctness. They are just right.
After that I’m talking about all of the great choices they made in planning their wedding.

Glenn Roush of Glenn Roush Productions is my favorite DJ in the DFW metroplex. Glenn is great guy who spins tunes that his clients want. Every wedding I’ve shot with Glenn running the music has a different feel in the same way that all of my clients are each unique. You’ve got to hear his low profile pro Bose tower speakers. Super Clean!
The wedding was held at Chesnut Square in McKinney with the reception at the Grand Hotel. The Grand Hotel is on of the classiest places to host your reception in the entire Metroplex. I highly recommend paying them a visit.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Angela and Jason over the last half of 2009. As cool as they are, they real treat was getting to know Angela’s daughter Hanna. Being the father of a infant girl it fills me with hope whenever I get to meet such a smart funny little girl. Hanna is a terrific young lady!
Angela and Jason chose wisely and had a wonderful outdoor wedding at Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney. I love shooting at SBR because I know that my couples will be treated in first class fashion. Below are some photography tidbits from Angela and Jason’s day.
