I'm always excited to share my wedding photography with new people. I'm thrilled that you're here! I'd like you to know a little about my story.
I am Phil Holland and I live in Texas near Dallas with my wife Lee. Lee is a Dallas Police officer and an amazing person. She inspires me more than I know how to tell her. The concept of doing something half-way does not exist to my wife. She is pregnant with our first child. We're having a girl. I am speechless with joy!
My Mom is the greatest musician I have ever known. She is a pianist and went to the Eastman School of Music. I am a classical musician and have studied the trumpet my entire life, also at the Eastman School of Music. She taught us to create and think. I love her dearly.
After college I was a principal trumpet player in the United States Air Force. I'm proud to be a veteran. I still teach the trumpet. I have the best, most amazing students and love that I am both a photographer and a trumpet player.
My father is no longer living. I miss him more than I could have imagined. His father was a country photographer in rural Tennessee. He washed his prints in a creek. This was in the 1920's and I am amazed at the art he practiced with the tools he had. I never knew him, but he passed photography to me through Dad.
Did I mention that I miss Dad? I think of him often when I am photographing high energy, once in a lifetime moments at weddings. He would be excited. He will always be with me and that makes me smile.
I love sharing things I love. "Show and Tell" is big in my family! I'm excited when someone emails me about photography. I always will be. I hope the next email I get will be from you. It's your turn. Tell me your story, I can't wait to hear it!
Everyone has their own unique wedding story and plan. For that reason my clients often design their own collections. Start with my a la carte price list and build the package that perfectly fits your wedding plan and budget.
For clients that prefer, I do have pre-designed collections available as well.
Collections may be customized with extended wedding coverage, engagement shoots, albums, guest books and digital negatives.
Basic coverage begins at $1,800 with six hours coverage by Phil Holland included.
Prices can vary widely based on your wedding vision. Most of my couples usually end up creating collections in the $2,500-$3,500 range.
I often travel for destination photography to document amazing wedding stories. Air travel is easy. Don't let my Dallas location stand in the way of you having your choice for photography. Air travel is simple and can easily bring me to your destination. All-inclusive destination collections are available.
